Canyoning is a relatively new mountain sport. It consists of following the river course or a canyon through its narrow stretches progressing in different ways: swimming, jumping, sliding on toboggans rappelling, going through siphons, etc.

Guara houses some of the most valued canyons in Europe. It is here where this activity became popular thanks to its beautiful landscape and its optimal weather conditions (water temperature and sunny climate)
